Lloyds Bank Corporate Markets Wertpapierhandelsbank (LBCMW), located in Frankfurt (Germany), conducts Lloyds Bank Corporate Markets (LBCM)’s bond business with our clients, both issuers and investors, based in the European Economic Area (EEA) and Switzerland. LBCM is the non-ring-fenced bank of Lloyds Banking Group (LBG), who offers a range of banking and investment products to retail and professional clients across locations in the UK, Europe, the Islands (Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man) and the US. LBCMW are currently looking for a Business Support Manager, based in Frankfurt, to join them and support their business, which includes Debt Capital Markets and Credit Sales. LBCMW is an integral and crucial part of LBCM Capital Markets’ growth strategy. What you’ll be doing? You’ll report directly to the Managing Director Markt, supporting the delivery of operational requirements for LBCMW in an efficient manner through the production of high-quality output and analysis, anticipating stakeholder needs. In this role, you'll regularly independently interact with suppliers, clients, the LBCMW client-facing teams, the LBCMW Operations Officer and the LBCMW Marktfolge team, as well as relevant counterparts at internal and external service providers. Tasks cover a wide variety of activities. They include responsibility for the effective and efficient running of the Frankfurt office, including identifying and managing suppliers for all aspects of LBCMW infrastructure requirements; Representation of LBCMW on relevant LBCM and Group committees, working groups and projects, when required; supporting business continuity activities of the entity; managing written communication of the entity. Responsibilities also include supporting front office colleagues with Know Your Customer and client onboarding activities, as well as supporting the Finance Function with accounts payable management.   • Motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic with a collaborative approach to client delivery.
  • You’ll be enthusiastic about the challenge of supporting the development of the European Bond business of Lloyds and be excited by the opportunity to contribute to an integral and crucial part of LBCM Capital Markets’ growth strategy.
  • Strong organisational skills are essential for this role as well as the ability to manage and prioritise multiple deliverables in a timely and effective manner;

  • Whilst German language proficiency is helpful, it is not a requirement.
